Dutch mother tongue or equivalent, other languages are assets.

To join the newly opened contact centres of a well-known, successful company. Will make calls to existing customers, communicating new promotions and special offers and offering products which are the most suitable and interesting for the clients. Sales experience an asset but attitude and personality are more important : must be convincing, positive, assertive, mature, result-oriented and a good listener and communicator with infectious enthusiasm and a commercial approach. Must be computer literate and must see reaching targets as a challenge. Schedule: shifts between 11:30 am and 8 pm (full-time or part-time, with at least two late shifts a week).
