Founded in 1981, Rainbow Careers is the brainchild of Alisa Perry, a qualified psychologist. After managing the Brussels branch of a British recruitment company for seven years, she opted to start her own agency with the assistance of Alison Peever, Rainbow Careers' General Manager.
