If you are invited to establish a file with us we will spend between three and four hours together. During this time, you will take a number of tests and have an interview.

The tests include an evaluation of your spoken and written languages, a typing test, if applicable, Excel and PowerPoint tests and a personality assessment exercise. The purpose of these tests is to assess your skills and suitability for the jobs we are looking to fill.

You then meet with a consultant, who carries out an in-depth interview and subsequently prepares a complete and detailed file on you, effectively "marketing" you efficiently and positively to our clients. References are checked accordingly.

Your consultant notifies you by email as to where and when your file has been sent and assists you throughout the recruitment procedure, contacting you to set up interviews, communicating feedback and adapting the file according to your changing requirements and preferences. Your consultant offers personalised advice and suggestions based on her impressions.

Your file is active with us for as long as you are looking for work. Your file can always be reopened if you are once again on the job market.
